  10. DESCRIPTION: BASSMAP is a companion program to Dick Olsen's BassTour
  11. and Bass Class which allows you to create your own lakes to fish on.
  12. It is a simple to use editor which allows the creation of an infinite
  13. variety of lakes, or simple changes to existing lakes.
  14.  
  15. There are two versions of BassMap, one for EGA systems and one for
  16. CGA.  The maps created by either version are identical and can be
  17. used in BassTour with any screen type.
  18.  
  19. REQUIREMENTS:  BASSMAP runs in 640x350, 16 color EGA graphics mode
  20. or in 320x200, 4 color CGA graphics mode (using bassmapc.exe).
  21.  
  22. SHAREWARE: BASSMAP is distributed as Shareware.  You are free to try
  23. the program and make copies for others.  If you continue to use it,
  24. however, you must pay the author a registration fee of $10 (plus $2
  25. for shipping/handling); in return you'll receive a copy of the latest
  26. version of the program along with information on other software
  27. available from the author.  Software distribution companies may
  28. include BASSMAP in their catalog provided a copy of the catalog is
  29. supplied to the author.

  43. BASSMP12.ZIP (or .ARC, .PAK, etc. as appropriate).

  68. MAHJONGG:  Addictive solitaire game played with Chinese tiles.  Very
  69.            easy to learn but always a challenge to win.  Many game
  70.            options including timed games, tournaments, etc.  Also
  71.            allows loading optional tile sets (tile editor included).
  72.            Supports EGA and Hercules graphics; mouse optional.

  80. TILESETS:  Several collections of tile sets created by various
  81.            Mah Jongg fans are available.  Each collection includes
  82.            at least ten tile sets.  Requires Mah Jongg v3.3 or later.

  84. CIPHER:    A word puzzle game, yet it uses hi-res VGA or EGA graphics
  85.            to run (mouse optional).  Also will run in color text mode.
  86.            Includes over 30 puzzles to solve; registered version comes
  87.            with over 200 additional puzzles.  You can also enter your
  88.            own puzzles.

  90. CIPHERWN:  A Microsoft Windows 3.x version of Cipher.  Includes all
  91.            regular Cipher features plus complete Windows hypertext
  92.            system.

  94. PUZZLES:   Currently three puzzle collections are available that work
  95.            with either CIPHER or Cipher for Windows.  Each collection
  96.            contains over 200 quotations.
  97.  
  98. SHOOT:     "Shooting Gallery" is a colorful arcade game with several
  99.            different rounds to test your aim and reflexes, including
  100.            skeet, quick draw, carnival type shooting range and a wild 
  101.            west shootout.  Uses 320x200, 256 color mode and a mouse to
  102.            play.  Requires VGA or MCGA.

  128.            to add music and sound effects to their programs.  Includes
  129.            units for interrupt and real time sounds.

  131. BASSTOUR:  (Written by Dick Olsen).  Game that simulates a fishing
  132.            tournament, including rod and lure selection.  Runs in
  133.            EGA/CGA/Hercules graphics modes.  Uses many of the
  134.            utilities from MOUSTOOL.  Do not order this game from

  138. BASSMAP:   Companion program for BassTour and Bass Class which allows
  139.            lakes to be created or modified.  EGA and CGA versions

  143. These programs are probably available on your favorite BBS or from
  144. your favorite disk vendors.  To register them or to order direct, use
  145. the form in the file "orderfrm.txt" which is all ready to print.  The
  146. "deluxe" version includes the registered software on diskette, plus a
  147. binder and printed manual (some programs also include quick reference
  148. cards).  The standard version includes just the diskette with the
  149. registered software.  You can also use your VISA or MasterCard to
  150. order on-line thru the support BBS, Xevious, at 508-875-3618.  Use
